Automated traffic that is not real support — scripts, scraping, load tests, spam, or traffic that threatens platform stability — is not included. Going over the published volume never generates an extra charge: your agent keeps collecting the conversation and hands it to your team, and we tell you it is time to move up a tier. If cost or volume telemetry shows a major deviation, we contact the customer before any proportional limitation. The test is robot/abuse, not "is this a lot?".
